How quickly can you start?

Usually within ten working days. If you have just lost a staff member we can prioritise gift entry and acknowledgements in the first week.

Which CRMs do you support?

Raiser's Edge NXT, DonorPerfect and Virtuous, with Power BI and Power Automate on top. We also support Omatic, AiryDocs and LetterBox integrations.

Is our data secure with a firm outside our country?

Yes. We work inside your own CRM under named user accounts, never on exported copies, and we sign your data processing terms. Both our offices are in North America.

Can this be temporary?

Yes. Many clients use us as cover while they rehire, then keep a smaller Essentials plan for peak periods.
